An 7,425 s.f. 1st floor office area of the 2 story office building, Type VN construction at the Northwest quarter, sharing a 2-hour Area Separation wall with a Type II-N building. 16,026 sq. ft. of existing "S-1" Storage area is to be remodeled for use as "F-1", Manufacturing (10,200 s.f.); "B" - Office (3,531 s.f.) office & remainder (10,653 s.f.) as "S-1" - storage / handling area per approved plans on file. The two areas of different types of construction are separated by a 2-hour area separation wall. Work to include construction of a 1-hour occupancy separation wall around a future "H6" mechanical / clean room area, not part of this permit, and finish and or remodel the manufacturing & office areas with interior non-bearing walls of non-combustible materials within the IIN portion; new rated openings through 2-hour wall; & portable partitions to create offices and support areas. NOTE: A portion of the building has been or is being finished as an "H6/H7/B/S1/F1" cleanroom & support areas under BLD99-03630 and the 2 story office portion is currently occupied per MIS00-00049 for occupancy approval. This building is fully fire sprinklered for allowable area increase. A "LETTER OF COMPLETION" IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION OF THIS PERMIT. (P.C.#562-00)/drs
