The two areas of different types of construction are separated by a 2-hour area separation wall. Work to include construction of a 1-hour occupancy separation wall around a future "H6" mechanical / clean room area, not part of this permit, and finish and or remodel the manufacturing & office areas with interior non-bearing walls of non-combustible materials within the IIN portion; new rated openings through 2-hour wall; & portable partitions to create offices and support areas. NOTE: A portion of the building has been or is being finished as an "H6/H7/B/S1/F1" cleanroom & support areas under BLD99-03630 and the 2 story office portion is currently occupied per MIS00-00049 for occupancy approval.
