Work to include miscellaneous demolition work, new exterior parapet wall, some roof framing modifications, new steel columns in walls for support of (3) new steel canopies, a few new storefront doors and windows, new (3) coat exterior stucco, new roof covering, new roof drainage overflow drains, some fire sprinkler modifications, plumbing work including grease interceptor installation, and some electrical work.
