To construct the 2 story South portion of a 3 story, 20 unit, 16,893 square foot (7,874 square foot projected roof area) apartment building. All ground floor units shall comply as "Type B" dwelling units. Work is to include concrete footings, foundations, and slabs on grade; wood stud wall systems; wood joist floor systems; wood truss roof systems; a stairway; 2-hr area separation wall; vinyl siding; a fire alarm system; and composition shingles all per approved drawings, engineering, and plan review conditions on file (see BLD00-02296 for the conditions list).
