(RENAISSANCE AT LIBERTY LAKE - BUILDING #9 - TYPE IV - WEST PORTION) The entire building shall be of Type V-1hr construction to justify its area and height. This building is fully fire sprinklered because it is 3 stories tall and to justify the low available fire flow. A 2-hr area separation wall divides the building because it would otherwise be over area. To construct the West portion of a 3 story, 24 unit, 22,800 square foot (8,416 square foot projected roof area) apartment building. All ground floor units shall comply as "Type B" dwelling units. Work is to include concrete footings, foundations, and slabs on grade; wood stud wall systems; wood joist floor systems; wood truss roof systems; 1-hr corridors; exterior stairways; 2-hr area separation wall; vinyl siding; a fire alarm system; and composition shingles all per approved drawings, engineering, and plan review conditions on file (see BLD00-02300 for the condtions list).
