In response to corrections noted under MIS99-00148, Occupancy Review for Certificate of Occupancy (OCO), issued per Boise City Resolution #13534, for Buck's Bags, performed by Structural Inspector, Perry Paine & Fire Inspector, Rick Jackson, architectural plans have been presented showing the existing main level floor plan and required corrections to placement of required exits; change of door swing of declared required exits to be out of the building; correct door hardware at exit doors; provide code complying landings at both side of exit doors; install illuminated exit signage; emergency means of egress illumination throughout buidling; and copy of letter from ACHD to architect Larry Knopp approving construction of required landings at exterior of doors within the ACHD sidewalk right-of-way (copy attached to plans). At the completion of the scope of this permit MIS00-00148 will be completed and a certificate of occupancy will be issued to Buck's Bags based on Structural & Fire Inspectors noted above and the electrical inspector.
