To install / 1-hour fire-resistive construction, framing W/ 5/8" sheetrock cover, to infill openings between space 220 & 218 S. 9th (1,970 s.f.) to create two tenant space's, each 985 sq. ft. (648 s.f. main & 337 s.f. mezzanine). Space 220 to be remodeled / refurbished for use as a retail floral & gift shop. Space 218 is vacant and will require plans, application, etc. before tenant occupancy. Work to include relocation of existing sink; repair & painting of walls & ceiling; protection of enclosed storage area under stairs and installation of fixture's / cabinetry for display & service.
