To install and set up a double wide enhanced manufactured home per approved plans and manufactures requirements. Work to include 292 lineal foot of footings and foundation and construction of a 240 sq. ft. self supporting carport attached to coach at roof line and hard surfaced drive/parking area. Tie down documents must be at job site at time of inspection. Inspections are required prior to occupancy. A seperate electrical, plumbing and/or mechanical permits will also be required. DJO PC #750
