Work to include removal of existing stairway to basement, one-hour rated floor infill at stair opening, construct a new one-hour rated tenant demising wall, interior finish, suspended ceiling adjustments, basement fire sprinkler adjustments, mechanical work, and electrical work. NO OCCUPANCY IS ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. A separate permit will be required to be obtained for a tenant to occupy the space. This is a Scope of Work Permit.
