To remodel 1st level bathroom at existing single family dwelling per approved plans. Work to include basement finish, including fir-out of exterior walls, interior frame walls, sheetrock and insulation. Area will include bedroom, laundry, mechanical room and storage. Egress complying window and window well will be installed in bedroom area. All electrical and plumbing will be per applicable codes.
