**Idaho Youth Ranch** This permit is for the final phase of a three phase project to remodel an existing 16,113 sq.ft. building to be used for retail and storage per approved plans and engineering on file. Work to include, construction of the exterior loading dock and related site work, the removal of portion of interior wall in retail area for exiting requirements, and interior finishes, NOTE: This building to be fully fire sprinklered under this permit. Fire sprinklers shall be installed as per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. The permits that have been issued for this project are Bld00-01954 & Bld00-01475.
