To construct a 11,325 sq.ft. tenant for new communications switch facility per approved plans on file. Work to include, construction of a one-hour occupancy separation wall around battery room, construction of interior partitions to create office, break room, conference room and unisex accessible restroom, installation of a suspended ceiling system, new mechanical, infill two openings in the south exterior wall with CMU, electrical and plumbing work, exterior installation of a 1000 kw generator and 3,000 gallon deisel fuel tank on the south side of the building which will require separate approvals and separate permits from the fire department. Areas within the building include a 2588 sq ft battery room, 3584 sq ft network equipment room, 1066 sq ft office, conference room, break room and 3440 sq ft area for future expansion. The future expansion will require separate application and permits. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase.
