Work to include demolishing a few interior walls and an inaccessible toilet stall, some new interior walls, interior finish, relocating plumbing fixtures to accessible mounting heights, new accessible toilet stall, providing minimum manuevering clearance at doors, upgrading door hardware to meet accessibility, plumbing work, and electrical work.
