To add, modify or alter plumbing fixture's W/I one restroom to provide a fully complying accessible facility for those with disabilities, providing all required spacing at fixture's, clear floor spaces and maneuverablity into & W/I the room; to construct new interior non-bearing walls to create 6 editing, production office type work areas and a multipurpose Conference / Green / Break Room and a foyer. These areas will receive a new suspended ceiling system, electrical, plumbing & mechanical upgrades as shown. To leave a 985 sq. ft. area unmodified, per plans, reviewed as an VIDEO TAPING open area, "F-1" occupancy. NOTE: USE OF THE 985 SQ. FT. AREA FOR OTHER PURPOSES THAN AS NOTED MAY REQUIRE NEW APPLICATION & PLAN SUBMITTALS FOR REVIEW TO DETERMINE CODE REQUIREMENTS BASED ON THE ACTUAL OCCUPANCY & USE.
