Accessible restroom previously permitted under BLD00-01671, 6/2000, and this permit for this restroom is required to be finaled with L/C issued before final occupancy is approved. Scope of work includes 3-compartment sink, hand sink, water heater, equipment and all plumbing & electrical associated with the installation thereof. To install a new accessible service counter, new door hardware & threshold for improved accessibility; upgrade of guardrail to 42" height at upper level floor edge and around open stairs, handrails at stairs. The upper level is an accessory use for storage purpose only, not accessible to the public. FIRE DEPARTMENT REVIEW AND APPROVAL BY FIELD INSPECTOR REQUIRED REQUIRED AS A CONDITION OF OCCUPANCY.
