To remodel an existing 5172 sq ft space in the southwest corner of the basement area for a new 1850 sq ft office area per approved plans on file. Work to include, construction of a 35 lf noncombustible one-hour tenant demising wall to separate the new office area from the copy center, this will create two spaces the office will be 1850 sq ft and the copy center will be 4139 sq ft, each space will be owned and operated by the washington group international, both areas will have there own entrances from the existing corridor, each area will only require one exit, approximately 19 lf of noncombustible partition tto be installed in the office area, new finishes, doors and floor finishes. Note this building is fully fire sprinklered, any alterations or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. *(RMH)*
