Within an existing 1,213 sq. ft. tenant space, previously used as repair and retail sales for fire arms, to install a premanufactured security wall accross the narrow dimension of the space to create a customer service area separated from the office area. The security entrance door between the two areas is to have an accessability compliant pass through service area. Per plans on file each area will have their own exit door to the exterior. To modify the existing restroom to make it more accessible per Appendix Chapter 11, section 1112, by removing interior walls currently creating two rooms into one larger restroom to provide maneuverability. Inspector to verify proper minimum access to the room and latch side clearances. Per PDS Policy, the use of existing previously approved plans are being used with the modifications being red-lined onto plans and used for the scope of this work. A certificate of occupancy is required for this tenant as a condition of this permit. PC#00-938/drs
