Existing 2-hr area separation walls, including fire-resistive ratings at the canopy, shall be maintained or restored. A 40 foot long shear wall is being reduced to 20 feet long. Work is to include selective demolition, store front glazing, a new exterior door, a modified shear wall with hold downs, engineered roof trusses, and beams all per approved drawings, engineering, and plan review conditions on file.
