To expand the Bardney tenant space into an adjacent 691 square foot area. A low-pressure boiler (19 gallon capacity & 360,000 BTUs) is being relocated from the Bardenay distillery to the expansion area. The boiler is a dedicated source for hot water and drives the Bardenay's still. It is a closed loop system. Work is to include extending natural gas, water feed, and water return lines.
