Work to include wood or metal frame walls; ceiling joists with sheetrock finish on room side and exterior wall. PER AGREEMENT WITH SARGEANT LYNN TERRY, WHO MADE NOTE ON PLANS WITH DATE & SIGNATURE, THERE IS TO BE NO STORAGE OR USE OF THE AREA'S ABOVE THE NEW ROOM OR EXISTING OFFICE & STORAGE AREAS. THERE IS ALSO TO BE NO VEHICLE STORAGE WITHIN THE WAREHOUSE PER NOTE ON PLANS (A 1-hour occupancy separation wall between the warehouse and the office area's is required if vehicle are to be parked within the room).
