To create a 158 square foot food preparation and service area within an existing truck stop/convenience store. Subway's food preparation and service area will be located next to Taco Bell's food preparation and service area. Subway will share Taco Bell's kitchen area including the following: refrigerator, freezer, prep sink worktable, tripple sink, dry storage shelving, and mop sink. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, wall finishes, suspended ceilings, cabinets, and equipment all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file.
