Modification involves re-installing of medical gas lines to an approved 3-gang medical gas service outlets for VAC, MA & OX. To connect to gas lines already in area that serve the Holding Nursery created under MODIFICATION TO BLD98-02235, issued 1/6/00. NOTE: This building is fully sprinkled W/ alarm system. Under the above noted '98 permit modification, 14 med gas outlets were removed and 12 reinstalled as part of remodel. The two being reinstalled will bring the original 14 med gas outlets back on line (copy of sheet M-2 modification attached to plans). MED GAS SYSTEM MODIFICATION SHALL COMPLY WITH CHAPTER 13, 1997 UPC. FIELD REVIEW AND APPROVAL REQUIRED FOR USE & OCCUPANCY OF TWO PATIENT ROOMS & MED GAS SYSTEMS BY PLUMBING, FIRE & STRUCTURAL INSPECTORS.
