This project is to remodel an existing congregate residence accomodating less than 10 persons.Used as a parsonage for the Whitney Friends Church.The work is to consist of new perm. walls seperating two bedrooms and adding a new bathroom and laundry room in the basement and add code complying egress windows and window wells for the bedrooms;Remove a non complying door from the stairs to the upper level and remove a partition wall to allow for a proper lower stair landing here; to remodel the existing bathroom on the main level and in the upper level to build new closets in the existing 2 bedrooms and make the existing closet area into a new full bathroom. Smoke detectors are to be installed in compliance with 1997 UBC 310.9.
