Construction to be of wood or metal studs covered with sheetrock; new suspended ceiling grid system within the offices; accessible access / egress doors to office's; electrical & mechanical for new spaces and extending the fire supression sprinkler system to include coverage of the new office interiors and maintaining existing coverage per 1997 UBC section 904 & NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. NOTE: This building is fully sprinkled for allowable area increase and unlimited area, sec. 505.2 UBC.
