(MOR FURNITURE FOR LESS - SMOKE AND HEAT VENTS) To install 13 smoke and heat vents (4' x 8') in the roof of an existing warehouse to meet the provisions of 1997 Uniform Fire Code (UFC) Article 81 for high rack storage of combustible commodities. Curtain boards are NOT required per a Fire Department waiver. The Fire Department access door in the North wall was installed under permit BLD00-02396. Work is to include 13 smoke and heat vents all per approved drawings, engineering, and plan review conditions on file.
