Shoemaker Properties, LLC agress to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Boise City and its agents and employees from any claims, demands, or causes of action brought by the United States Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration which may arise from any contention made by the FAA that Boise City's issuance of a building permit for the project was premature because approval of the FAA was not obtained beforehand. Contruction of this building prior to FAA approval is at the sole risk of the owner.
Area of first floor is 80,482 sq. ft. Mezzanine floor is 26,482 sq. ft. A 60 foot open yard is to maintained around this building. Fire sprinklers are used for the unlimited area.
