To construct a new 940 sq.ft. tenant space for dry cleaning pick-up/drop-off station in south end vacant lease space of the Winco Grocery Store building per approved plans on file. Work to include new interior walls, clothing hanger track support attached to existing roof framing, removing some existing structural bracing and providing new steel tube and brackets for support, interior finish, new suspended ceiling, fire sprinkler work, new plumbing, new mechanical, and new electrical work.
