To remodel a for a new tenant in an existing space in the southwest corner of an existing one story office building per approved plans on file. This space will obtain a room formerly occupied by the adjacent tenant space. The new total for this space will be 916 sq. ft. Work to include minor interior/non-bearing demolition work, possible new portions of one-hour rated tenant demising walls (if not existing), new 20 minute rated door in one-hour tenant demising wall, interior finish, and electrical work.
