To construct 58 lineal ft. of nonbearing interior partition down the center of an existing 3,960 sq.ft. building per approved plans on file. Work to include removal of miscellaneous interior nonrated nonbearing partitions and construction of a partition which is 10-9" in height to the underside of the existing suspended ceiling, constructed of metal studs with 5/8" firecode sheetrock on both sides, and will include installation of one 3ft. door noted on plan as a 60 minute rating.
