*(DIETARY EXHAUST HOOD REMODEL)*(SLRMC CENTRAL WING, GROUND & FIRST FLOOR) - To remove and relocate the existing grease duct exhaust & reinstall per plan to provide room for new Type I hood & duct system. To relocate and modify existing utilities & HVAC ducts as necessary to install the new and relocated grease exhaust ducts & provide room for installation of the "FireMaster" Duct Wrap - per ER#4975 - 2 layers of 2" nominal thickness and 7 pcf, as the two-hour shaft. To reinstall / relocate the utilities & ducts previously removed; install the sprinkler system hood protection & fire protection around the hoods as necesary to meet sections 1003 & 1006, 1997 UFC; and sections 506 thru 509, Chapter 6 & 12, 1997 UMC; and Chapter 7 & Section 904, 1997 UBC. A "Letter of Completion / Compliance" is required for final approval of this project scope. PC#01-221/drs
