(ADVANTEST AMERICA, INC - EXTERIOR WORK) This building is NOT fire sprinklered. To construct a 135 square foot equipment shelter, a 360 square foot loading dock, and a 9,700 square foot access road on the South side of an existing office building. A new door opening in the existing building's masonry exterior wall, including a structural header, is also being provided. The equipment shelter has masonry walls, a concrete floor, and wood roof. The South, East, and West walls are required to be of 1-hr fire-resistive construction with parapets at least 30 inches high above the roof. Openings in these walls, if provided, shall be protected by fire assemblies having a 45 minute fire-protection rating. All work shall comply with the approved drawings, engineering, and plan review conditions on file. The interior tenant improvement was done under permit BLD00-03386. PC-0274-01 DRH01-00021 **CJW**
