Work to include construction of interior divider walls extending from floor to W/I 12" of the existing ceiling; to install two new doors to new rooms, secure one existing door in closed position against opening into hall, and remove one door to leave a framed opening; to sheetrock & finish the new walls; and install new electrical to service tanning beds.
