*(First Security / Basement)** Scope of work is to remodel the dinning room area by reducing the area of the assembly seating to limit the occupant load to less than 50. Work to include, infilling door to separate dining area and installing new 20 minute fire rated door assemblies to corridor, construct noncombustible partitions to create a separate strorage room, constructing alcove in corridor. Remove Door from across corridor, remove ALL storage from corridor, Install firemaster duct wrap for required two hour grease duct shaft that is currently unprotected and extending though corridor. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA#13 as regulated by the fire department. THIS IS WORK IS BEING PERFORMED TO BRING A NON COMPLYING CODE ITEMS INTO COMPLIANCE. THIS WILL ONLY CORRECT THE NON COMPLYING CODE ISSUES ASSOCIATED WITH THE SOUTHWEST END OF CORRIDOR AND DINNING AREA. OTHER AREAS OF THE BASEMENT STILL HAVE OUTSTANDING NONCOMPLYING CODE ISSUES THAT NEED TO BE CORRECTED . THESE WILL BE DONE UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT. (P.C.#0287-01)*Rmh*
