*MEDICAL IMAGING DENTAL UNIT* St. Luke's Regional Medical Center. To remodel an existing 586 sq. ft. Medical Imaging room for installation of a Panorex Dental Imaging Unit. Work includes removal of portion of interior N.B. wall; removal of door & frame and infill opening with lead lined, fire-resistive construction; to relocate medical gas feeds & control valves; install new base & upper cabines; weld support plate to existing metal studs as backing for Dental Imaging Unit and replacing the two hour exit enclosure extension / passageway that was removed to install support components; install new suspended ceiling, light fixture & mechanical diffuser in area demolished by wall removal. NOTE: This building is fully sprinklered. The scope of this project does not involve alteration / modifications to the existing sprinkler or alarm system in the medical imaging rooms. FIELD REVIEW BY FIRE INSPECTOR REQUIRED AS A CONDITION OF THIS PERMIT TO VERIFY ALL AREAS REMAIN IN COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL ADOPTED CODES AND NFPA #13. All per approved plans, notes on plans and attached plan review comments. A "Letter of Completion / Compliance" is required as a condition of this permit as evidence of code inspections and final approval.. PC#01-317/drs
