To construct a 3,892 sq. ft. expansion space to an existing 3,979 sq. ft. office tenant into adjacent vacant shell space per approved plans on file. New total will be 7,871 sq.ft. This tenant will now occupy the whole building. Original tenant space was done under BLD00-00882 and the shell building was done under BLD97-01341. Work to include new accessible restrooms, new interior walls and doors, interior finish, new suspended ceiling, new plumbing, new mechanical, and new electrical work.
