(RENAISSANCE @ LIBERTY LAKE - SWIMMING POOL) To construct a 40' x 20' swimming pool to serve an "apartment community" (approximately 25,250 gallons with a maximum 5 foot depth). The pool will be located West of the Club House. Work is to include soil excavation, reinforced gunite, concrete slabs, a fence, and pool equipment all per the approved drawings and plan review report on file. The pool equipment room is located in the Club House. The amount of hazardous materials within the Club House, including the pool equipment room, shall not exceed the exempt quantities per 1997 UBC Tables 3-D and 3-E. The requirements of the Central District Health Department and the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare IDAPA 16.02.14 "Rules Governing Construction and Operation of Public Swimming Pools in Idaho" shall be met.
