Work to include construction of miscellaneous interior walls for reception and conference rooms. To install a new exterior door for the required second exit from this tenant space, to construct two small retaining walls on both sides of the new exterior landing and walkway. A Certicicate of occupancy is required prior to occupying. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for one hour substitution.
