All per notes on plans and attached plan review conditons, considered as part of the approved plans requiring full compliance. Work to include construction of interior, non-combustible, non-bearing, fire-resistive walls; maintenance and upgrade as necessary to the existing 1-hour rated exit corridor system, two hour floor assembly and three hour structural frame protection assembly; to installed a new suspended ceiling system in area designated; electrical & mechanical upgrade; provide / maintain fire sprinkler system per NFPA #13; and provide full accessability & usability to all new areas within the scope of this permit.
