(ST JOHN'S CATHEDRAL - BASEMENT MUSIC ROOM) This building is NOT fire sprinklered. To convert the stage area in the basement of St. John's Cathedral to a 474 square foot music room (E-2 Occupancy) to be used by the students of St. Joseph's Catholic Grade School. The entire stage, including the steps serving the stage, will be removed. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, suspended ceilings, wall finishes, floor finishes, and interior doors all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file.
