*BOISE METAL WORKS* - As a result of inspection made under MIS01-00068 to determine requirements for issuance of a C.O, the following work is to be performed. To structurally reinforce the joint of the stacked wood construction tenant demising wall per the engineering details & notes and sheetrock the "Boise Metal Works" new tenant side with 5/8", Type "X", sheetrock; remove thumb turn from front main entry dooe and install key lock only with sign stating "THIS DOOR TO REMAIN UNLOCKED DURING BUSINESS HOURS" per exception to section 1003.3.1.8 UBC; Install appropriate code complying landing at warehouse side door a minimum of the width of the door and 44" in direction of travel; remove dead bolt and install accessibility compliant hardware on one of the side warehouse exits to be the exit per the fire code write-up; repair exit sign at the front door; and install fire extinguishers per fire code write up. All per the attached engineering details, the copies of inspector write ups and the designations on the approved floor plans that were presented for the floor plan layout for use with the MIS permit. drs
