To remove portions of interior non-bearing walls, and cut out portion of concrete floor to allow installation of new drain line to new cart wash pit; to construct new walls between Wash & Clean Room aresa and to direct entry and exit to new Cart Wash Unit. To modify or add to the existing electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire-sprinkler & alarm system, suspended ceiling system and interior finishes to serve the new use and to continue current compliance with adopted codes and ordinances. All per approved plans, to include notes on plans and attached plan review comments. NOTE: THIS BUILDING IS FULLY SPRINKLERED.
