*HORIZON BROADCASTING* To remodel an existing 625 sq.ft. room located in the 3,722 sq. ft. basement by constructing three interior non-bearing walls to create (4) NEW STUDIO offices. To install three new doors to the new office spaces in the existing bearing wall and installing (2) 2x12 with 1/2" plywood filler for headers & nailed per the approved plan. To remove a four foot portion of non-bearing wall and constructing 14.5' of new non-bearing wall to create a new clear 4' wide hall to serve as access to two of the new offices. The office from which the 4' is removed is reduced to 105 sq. ft. To install new suspended ceiling system; light fixture's, controls & outlets; furr out exterior wall with framing to receive insulation and fire blocked per code; upgrade and or modify existing sprinkler system to maintain coverage and comply with NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. NOTE: This building is fully sprinklered. A "LETTER OF COMPLETION / COMPLIANCE IS REQUIRED AS CONDITION OF THIS PERMIT. PC#01-430/drs
