The sign is centered between the bottom of the mall bulkhead and the top of the storefront display windows.The sign is made of 2" deep dimensional Hemlock letters, pin-mounted to the storefront substrate and painted coldwater creek green. The sign receives illumination from indirect lighting that was installed as part of the tenant improvement. A "Letter of Completion / Compliance" is required as a condition of this permit as evidence of compliance with conditions of approved plans & permit. drs
