This project is for the remodel of an existing 1344s.f. basement in an existing 3000s.f. single family dwelling. work to consist of adding an egress window to an existing bedroom and adding 1-new exit door from the basement and framing in a new bedroom with egress by an existing door to the exterior. Smoke detectors per UBC 310.9 are required and battery powered are ok for the non effected areas of the dwelling. All per the approved plans as noted and attached conditions. pep
