This facility is fully sprinklered and the perimeter walls of the NICU / NURSERY are 1-hour full height as part of existing corridor construction. New interior wall to be a minimum of 18" below existing suspended ceiling to maintain current coverage of sprinkler system, lighting & mechanical without upgrade.
