(NO TENANT-VANILLA FINISH-STE 200) To prepare a 2302 sq ft second floor tenant space for future occuapncy. NO OCCUPANCY IS ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. A SEPARATE APPLICATION AND PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO OBTAIN A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. Work under this permit, to replace floor finishes, construct a one-hour tenant demising wall, remove and replace sink and cabinet from existing break room, install new doors & sidelites in existing hallway, installation of a suspended ceiling system, installation of Four 60 minute fire rated door assemblies on the exisiting stair enclosure on the second and third floor levels, and to replace the existing elevator car with a handicap accessible elevator car, per approved plans on file. NOTE: This building was required to be fully fire sprinklered, any alterations or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. (#PC578-01) RmH
