THIS ENCLOSURE IS FOR WEATHER PROTECTION AND TO PROTECT THE PUBLIC FROM AN OPEN STAIRWELL. THIS TEMPORARY STRUCTURE WILL ENCLOSE AN EXIT STAIRWAY FROM A BASEMENT STORAGE AREA. THE ENCLOSURE MUST BE MAINTAINED TO ALLOW EXITING. THIS SPECIAL PERMIT IS BEING GRANTED FOR A TIME LIMIT OF ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE. THIS TEMPORARY STRUCTURE WILL BE REMOVED WHEN A NEW BUILDING ADDITION IS CONSTRUCTED ON THIS SITE OR THE ONE YEAR TIME LIMIT EXPIRES. JCM.
