This project is for extensive relandscaping of an existing parcel. Work to include the demolition of an existing retaining wall and placing retaining walls, ponds, planters, walkways,and a new "swimming pool" to be placed under another building permit. Work also to include adding area to existing deck area and adding trellis work to the existing deck. All trellis, deck, and retaining wall work to be per the approved engineering attached. R-1B setacks approved by abr per CFH01-00020 and conditions of approval from tr. there is to be a $275 grading plan review per Terry Records 7/30/2001. All per the approved plot plans as marked and approved by terry Records and Ashley Ford Rudel. pep
