To add new non-bearing, non-combustible, fire-resistive walls to create new Isolation Unit, Sioled / Housekeeping Room, Clean Room and large Patient Care area with pull cutain dividers to create 7 PAT Areas with full medical gas service headboard above treatment sleeping furniture. To add cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, sire sprinkler and alarm systems as needed for Pharmacy, Storage/Lab, Isolation, Clean, Soiled/Houskeeping and Patient Care/Treatment/Monitoring Area rooms, for each specific use and to comply with current adopted 1997 Uniform Codes & 1999 NEC & NFPA 13. To separate special room uses as noted in Table 3-C of UBC with 1-hour occupancy separation. All per approved plans, to include notes thereon and attached plan review comments.
