(CALVARY CHAPEL - BUILDING "C") Although not required by the 1997 UBC, this building is fire sprinklered. To convert a former auto body repair shop to church classrooms and to construct a 350 square foot restroom addition. After the addition, the building will have a floor area of 5,958 square feet (plus a 300 square foot 2nd level). The restroom addition will have a Men's restroom and a Women's restroom accessible to the disabled. It will have concrete footings, masonry exterior walls, concrete floors, and a TJI roof system. Other work is to include modifying an existing restroom to be accessible to the disabled, installing exterior doors/windows, constructing one riser platforms, installing a folding partition, and installing a new built-up roof covering all per approved drawings, engineering, and plan review conditions on file. The maximum allowable occupant load for A-3 classrooms shall be posted on an approved sign near the main exit from the room. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13-1999 as regulated by the Fire Department. PC-0745-01 **CJW**
