This project is to remove and replace an existing exterior 230s.f. above grade deck. also to place a new 150s.f. sunroom on the deck. there is to be new exterior access stairs to the deck, in conjunction with the existing sliding glass doors to the deck from the upper level. All work to be per the approved plan and attached eng and assy's. R-1C setbacks ok per rhj pep
